You will receive 12 CPE credits for attending the conference and the pre-conference workshop.

What is the conference registration fee and what does it include?
The regular rate is $995. You can save an additional $300 if you register by Tuesday, May 27, 2008. Further discounts are available for conference alumni and groups of 2 or more. The conference fee includes complete conference materials as well as admission to all executive education sessions (including the half-day pre-conference workshop), the networking luncheon, and the continental breakfast.

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received in writing by May 27, 2008 will receive a refund less a $75 processing fee. For cancellations received after May 27, 2008, you will receive a 50 percent credit toward another CFO magazine conference, good for one year. CFO is unable to extend credits or refunds for no-shows.

What is your policy on transferring registrations?

What is the dress code for the conference?
Recommended dress for all meetings and social functions is business casual. You may want to bring a sweater or light jacket as hotel function rooms tend to be cool.

What is the weather like in Chicago in June?

How and when can I make hotel reservations?
To make reservations at the Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile Hotel, call 800-228-9290 or visit www.marriott.com and be sure to mention "CFO" to qualify for the reduced rate of $199. Reserve early — the hotel does not guarantee the conference rate after Friday, May 23, 2008.

How do I get from the Midway Airport to the hotel?
A taxi ride from Midway Airport to the hotel costs about $30. Shuttle service to the hotel is available through Airport Express (www.airportexpress.com). Please follow the overhead ground transportation signs at the airport to take the shuttle. The shuttle will also stop at other downtown hotels. The shuttle runs every half hour between 5:30 am and 10:30 pm. The one-way trip to the hotel is $15 per person. To take the subway to the Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile Hotel, follow signs from the baggage claim area to the Rapid Transit train. Take Rapid Transit (Orange Line) to the State and Lake stop. Walk down to the street level and enter the subway. Board the northbound Howard Line (Red Line) and exit at the Grand stop. Exit subway station and walk two streets east to the hotel. Fare is $2.00 and use a transfer card when entering subway.

How do I get from the O'Hare Airport to the hotel?

Is there parking available at the Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile Hotel?
The hotel offers valet parking at $27 for up to 6 hours and at $39 for 6 to 24 hours. There is also self-parking available at two nearby garages. Row Self-Park is located at 50 East Ohio Street (1 block northwest of the hotel) and they can be reached at 312-986-3390. They offer validated parking for the Marriott at $26 per day. North Bridge Self-Park is located at 10 East Grand Avenue (2 blocks west of the hotel) and they can be reached at 312-294-7000. They do not offer validated parking.
