As you leave the airport, get on the Van Wyck Expressway North. Take the Van Wyck Expressway to the Long Island Expressway (exit 12B); go through the Midtown Tunnel and bear right as you exit. Follow signs for "Uptown" and then go straight on East 37th Street to Park Avenue. Turn right on Park Avenue, bearing right at East 40th Street and continuing on Park Avenue around Grand Central Station. Continue on Park Avenue to East 48th Street and then turn right on East 48th Street. The hotel is midway down the block on the left-hand side of the street. COMING FROM LAGUARDIA AIRPORT (distance: 12 miles) As you leave the airport, get on the Grand Central Parkway West and take the Grand Central Parkway to the Triborough Bridge. Cross the Triborough Bridge and follow signs to FDR Drive. Take FDR Drive to the East 49th Street exit; exit on East 49th Street and continue west to Park Avenue. Turn left on Park Avenue and go to East 48th Street. Turn left on East 48th Street; the hotel is midway down the block between Park and Lexington Avenue on the left-hand side of the street. COMING FROM NEWARK AIRPORT (distance: 19 miles) As you leave the airport, get on the New Jersey Turnpike North; take the turnpike to the Lincoln Tunnel (exit 17). As you exit the tunnel, follow the signs to West 42nd Street. Turn right on West 42nd Street and go to Eighth Avenue. Turn left on Eighth Avenue to West 48th Street. Turn right on West 48th Street and continue past Broadway, Sixth Avenue, Fifth Avenue, and Madison Avenue. The hotel is located on East 48th Street between Park and Lexington Avenue on the left-hand side of the street.
